Across Reddit and forums, the single most common objection is that Nurosym is an overpriced TENS — that a £20 unit with an ear clip does the same job. Let's test it honestly rather than dismiss it.
What's true about it
A lot. Both devices deliver mild electrical pulses to the ear to stimulate the vagus nerve (taVNS). The hardware is modest, the price gap is large, and the marketing is aggressive. Experienced users say it plainly:
